Getting Tennis Courts Ready for Summer Play? Financial and Technical Resources May Help

Heading into the summer season, USTA Colorado has opened up a special Adopt-a-Court funding cycle to consider requests for matching dollars towards the repair or renovation of public tennis courts. Applications submitted by May 1 will be reviewed for funding.

Making it easier to offer junior programs and get more kids and families playing the game, matching blended line grants are available on an as-needed basis through USTA National to paint 36′ and 60′ lines on existing tennis courts. An additional 25% of the expense for lining public courts may be covered by USTA Colorado. Upon completion of the USTA process, be sure to submit a separate supplemental funding request to USTA Colorado to see if the project is eligible for the additional funding.

Finally, don’t forget that USTA National offers ongoing, valuable technical and financial resources for new construction or repair projects through the USTA Facility Assistance Program.

We’re here to help get your facility ready for a fantastic summer!
