Celebrating Black History Month with Breaking the Barriers Exhibit

February is Black History Month where we celebrate historical achievements and contributions by Black Americans. It’s a time to recognize the central role of African Americans in US history.

Join us in celebrating the legacy of USTA Colorado’s Breaking the Barriers: An Exhibition in Courage featuring local African American tennis pioneers and contributors who lead the path to allow everyone who has a desire to play tennis and enjoy this lifetime sport.

In partnership with the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library, the Portrait Series will be on display for the month of February.

Diversity and Inclusion are our core values and strategic priorities for USTA Colorado. We reach out to all players, including those of diverse cultural backgrounds, mentally and physically challenged athletes, and under-served communities.
