USTA Colorado comment on suspension of play 03-23-2020

USTA Colorado supports the most recent announcement from the USTA, suspending all sanctioned tournament and league play until May 3.

We are all responsible for reducing the spread of the coronavirus by maintaining Colorado Governor Polis’ policy of social distancing, as advocated by medical professionals across the country.

USTA Colorado also recognizes that many facilities across the state will remain closed through May 3, and even beyond. This is an incredibly fluid situation, and we will remain focused on updating providers, players and parents as quickly as possible when new information is available. 

USTA Colorado is developing plans that will foster league and tournament play once the closures and cancellations are lifted.
