May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, which celebrates the culture, traditions, and history of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States and their great and significant contributions to our society.
Through USTA Colorado’s Breaking the Barriers: Asian Connection Portrait Series, we honor local Asian Pacific American tennis pioneers, contributors and rising stars. The Portrait Series is inspired by the elements — fire, water, air and earth — with tennis players performing magical feats… art in motion. To play tennis, there is technique, form and skill, which is a form of art in itself.
