Frank has been a certified PTR member for more than two decades and has been the lead for countless 10 &amp; Under and adult development workshops in Colorado and across the country. He is a member of the USTA faculty, has coached ITA Section Zonal Teams, Special Olympics and wheelchair tennis. Frank is a former President of both USTA Colorado and the Intermountain Section and has served on numerous committees at all levels \u2013 District (State), Section and National.\u00a0 His efforts are extensive \u2013 particularly at the grass roots levels, providing quality opportunities for those typically less served.
